Careers at RE-ViVE
Work on a problemevery large enterprise has.
Orders, cases and requests move across dozens of systems before they are finished. Almost no organization can see how that actually happened. That is the problem we work on.
We build Execution Intelligence on the operational data of real enterprises.
Why This Work
Close to the systems that run the business.
Most software teams are one or two steps removed from how an enterprise really operates. RE-ViVE sits directly on the execution evidence: the orders, approvals, handoffs, exceptions and reworks recorded across ERP, CRM, workflow engines and custom applications.
That proximity changes the work. Reconstructing how a single order travelled through six systems is a harder and more interesting problem than it first appears.
Can you make messy enterprise data tell the truth about how work ran?
That question sits behind almost every role here.
How We Work
Clear ownership, real problems.
Work is organized around processes and customers rather than layers of hierarchy, so the person building something usually talks directly to the person who needs it.
Because we work with production data under read-only access, care and judgement matter as much as speed.
Ownership over scope
Roles here are defined by the problem you are responsible for, not by a narrow function.
Close to the customer
Engineering, delivery and go-to-market work on the same processes rather than in separate silos.
Evidence over opinion
The same principle we apply to customer processes applies internally: decisions follow what actually happened.
How Hiring Works
Four conversations, no guesswork.
Intro call
A short conversation about what you have worked on and what you are looking for next.
Working session
We look at a problem close to the real work, so you see the kind of thing you would be doing.
Meet the team
Time with the people you would work alongside.
Decision
We come back to you either way, with the reasoning behind it.
Tell us what you want to work on.
Speculative applications are welcome. Write to us and say what you do and where you would add to the team.
