RE-ViVE is the business name of Advanced BI & Analytics Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal office at 1700 Alma Drive, Suite 320, Plano, Texas 75075, USA. In this notice, "RE-ViVE", "we" and "us" mean Advanced BI & Analytics Inc.

This notice covers this website. It does not cover the RE-ViVE platform or data we process for clients, which our client agreements cover.

What we collect

When you use a form on this website, we collect what you enter:

• Book a demo: your name, business email and company; your role and phone number if you give them; your preferred date, time and time zone; and what you would like to explore.
• Contact form: your name, business email and company, and your role and phone number if you give them.
• Case study downloads: your name, business email and company, and your role and phone number if you give them.
• Updates on new content: your email address.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, receives the technical details every website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Cloudflare uses them to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not use tracking pixels.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry.
• To schedule a demo and send you the calendar invitation.
• To send you the case study you asked for.
• To tell you about new content, if you asked us to.
• To keep the website secure and working.

Who we share it with

We use two service providers, who process information only on our behalf:

• Microsoft (Microsoft 365), which delivers form submissions to our team by email and holds our calendar.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and provides bot protection.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and continue the conversation you started, and then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
• You can stop content updates at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to us.
• Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. We will honor them.

Where your information is processed

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Security

The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to submitted information is limited to the RE-ViVE team members who need it.

Children

This website is for business users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
